    Saturday
    10:00 am - 3:00 pm

    Boxes of food are provided on a monthly basis. Serves Easter Pender County, north to Onslow County line, south to New Hanover County Line, west to Rocky Point.

    Requires a referral slip from a local church minister, social services, Topsail Senior Center, or a Topsail School Counselor. Mission: to minister to the human needs in the name of Christ and to offer assistance to the needy.

    The 4 C's operates entirely with volunteers and contributions from the community.
