    Pantry Details, hours, photos, information: Lakewood Community Service Center

    LCSC provides a minimum of a three-day supply of food once every 30 days to individuals and families who come in for assistance. In addition to the shelf-stable products readily available from the Greater Cleveland Food Bank, every effort is made to add fresh produce at every visit.

    Documentation Required: Proof of Address/Residency: Current postmarked utility bill, Ohio Works First OWF) statement, or other official document such as that received from Social Security).

    Proof of Income: Public assistance benefit letter, Social Security benefit letter, Medicaid Card or paycheck stub. If income is over the guidelines, must bring proof of extraordinary extra monthly expenses. Proof of Family Size: Birth certificates, Medicaid/Medical cards, or school enrollment forms for each member of the household). Photo I.D. For client AND his or her representative - if unable to visit in person).

    Monday - Friday
    10:00am - 12:00pm
    Wednesday
    5:30pm - 6:30pm

    Generally, closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Years Eve/Day, and all major holidays.
