    Tuesday through Friday
    10:00 AM to 4:30 PM

    Call to schedule an appointment. Serves residents of Waterford, White Lake, West Bloomfield, Keego Harbor, Sylvan Lake, Commerce, Walled Lake and parts of Wixom. Requires photo ID, proof of current address and all household income, documentation for children in household and a list of other assistance agencies visited within the previous six months.
