      I need food for me and my family so I was trying to see what documents to bring.

      I was just at East Pines Community center for the Wed 12pm food pantry and I was turned away and treated horribly. The lady wouldn't listen to anything I had to say when I was trying to explain that the listing says food every wed at 12pm not every 30 days and since I've only been there once last week I didn't know that. I only knew what they told me last week when they told me to come back but today me and my 72 year old mother got treated badly and I had to leave. I was told I could wait to talk to Lisa but I felt so offended and unheard that I left after watching numerous ppl get numbers and treated well while I sat there with my Mother getting the cold shoulder. I don't think it's right to treat ppl so terrible during this horrible time. I tried to explain that I didn't know it was 30 days that I was misinformed. I do not know if Lisa would have helped me and my mother today or not but it would have been nice. My mother was very upset so I had to leave n take her home without receiving any help or better treatment or communication. Thank you for helping us last week though I do appreciate that. I just wish things could have been handled much better today 3-25-20 12pm. 301.789.3898
