REQUIREMENTS
If you are HIV+, receive less than 80% of the median income and live in either Summit or Portage County, you can take part in CANAPI's Organic Food Pantry.

Clients are always required to bring a photo I.D.

First time? You must bring the following:
1) Verification of HIV+ status
2) Verification of income (benefit letter or 2 months of most recent pay stubs for all in household)
3) Photo IDOR1) Have a participating agency fax or email your CANAPI Nutritional Program Referral form with attached verification of HIV+ status and income verification (You can seek referral through either ARC or the C.A.R.E. Center).2) Photo ID.DATES & LOCATION

The pantry is located at CANAPI's main office. When you arrive at the main office, be sure to use the front door along the street. If you have any question about the pantry or have accessibility needs please call the office.

Pantry dates for the start of 2016 :
Thursday, February 4 from 11 AM-1 PM
Thursday, February 18 from 11AM - 1PMThursday,
March 3 from 11AM - 1PM (Pantry dates are every other Thursday from 11am-1pm)

WHAT TO EXPECTBe prepared to take home a lot of goodies! On average, clients leave with 5-8 pounds of food. We provide plastic grocery bags, but it may be easiest to bring your own sturdy bag(s) to carry your delicious, and organic, newly acquired foods home.
***If you are lactose intolerant or a vegetarian, be sure to contact CANAPI directly 2 days before the next pantry date and they will make sure to provide dairy-free, high protein substitutes for you.***
