      I keep making appointments for your pantry ..but when I arrive I'm told they can't find it in their system...I show all info for the appointment in my phone ..but they won't service my appointment because it's not in their system..This has happened 3 times... it's unprofessional and wrong..why blame the client for an obvious screw up in the app. Please have some compassion for those coming with their hand out...I'm dealing with so much and this is causing more anxiety and stress.
