      Why is it OK for the Chapel Hill in Brighton to ask questions about sexual orientation or mental illness for the food bank

    Pantry Details, hours, photos, information: Adams County Food Distribution Food Pantry

    Hours of Operation:
    Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
    10:00am - 2:00pm

    USDA FOOD COMMODITIES/THE EMERGENCY FOOD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (TEFAP) - TEFAP/USDA Food Commodities are distributed Wednesday through Friday, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.  To qualify for the TEFAP (1) proof of Adams County residency, and (2) photo identification.

    Emergency Food Assistance is available for Adams County residents in need of immediate emergency food assistance.

    Supplemental Donated Surplus Food - is food that is available from various donors and is distributed with the TEFAP/USDA Food Commodity distribution and with Emergency Food Assistance.

    Volunteer
    The program is supported by volunteers who provide a variety of services in the food bank, warehouse and office.  Interested parties are encouraged to contact Food Distribution staff to learn more about volunteering.
