    New River Community Action (NRCA) Blacksburg Interfaith Food Pantry (BIFP) offers food once a month to residents or transients within Blacksburg who are 200% poverty income or below who are experiencing financial crises.
    Some examples of crises that low-income people frequently face are: high utility bills, decrease in income, disabilities and chronic health issues, significant amount of medical debt, housing costs greater than 50 percent of income, or homelessness.
    Serving qualified residents of Blacksburg and McCoyThe Interfaith Food Pantry is a joint ministry of over twenty-five churches in Blacksburg of varying denominations. We are also supported by individuals, organizations and clubs that are members of our community.The Interfaith Food Pantry relies on cash and food from churches, individuals and other organizations. The IFP is run entirely by volunteers.
    There are no paid staff members.

    4:00pm - 6:00pm
    Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
    10:00am - 12:00pm
