Hours:
The 1st & 2nd Monday of the month
2:00pm - 6:00pm
The 1st & 2nd Wednesday of the month
9:00am - 1:00pm

We are closed on federal holidays and when the Garrettsville City Schools are closed for bad weather.
NGCC operates as a "client choice" food bank. Upon arrival, each client is given a Shopping List of available items to choose which items they want to take that month. The number of items received depends on the size of the household. We always have the basics on hand; canned vegetables, pasta, soup, Mac-n-cheese and tuna, to name just a few. We also provide perishable items such as margarine, sliced cheese, ground beef and ground venison. In addition, each client is given a voucher to use at the SkyPlaza IGA for either a gallon of milk, a dozen eggs or a loaf of bread.

Requirements:
No appointment is necessary. Simply visit the Cupboard during opening hours once a month to be served. If you are unable to travel to the Cupboard in person, you may send a proxy to pick up your food. Your proxy must show your photo ID and proof of current residency.
Clients must reside in the James A Garfield School District.
Clients may visit the Cupboard once every month.
Clients must bring their photo ID and proof of current residencies such as a recent rent or utility bill.
Clients must meet the income guidelines for federal and state program eligibility.
Clients must sign and date the Federal Food Eligibility (TFAP) Form during each visit verifying that income guidelines have been met and food has been received.
