Provides a food pantry. Serves Those who live in zip code 44108, ONLY between St Clair Ave on the north and Empire Ave on the south addresses from 650 or 800 to 900 on north-south streets, depending on location), E 93rd St on the west and Lakeview Rd. on the east addresses from 9300 to 11200 on east-west streets). Must have income within the guidelines of The Emergency Food Assistance Program TEFAP). TEFAP guidelines are based on 150% 1.5 times) of the Federal Poverty Guidelines that were in effect on the previous Oct. 1st. However, exceptions to income guidelines are possible for those with extraordinary medical expenses. Documentation Required: Proof of Address/Residency: Current postmarked piece of mail no rent receipts). Proof of Income: Public assistance benefit letter, Social Security benefit letter, Medicaid Card or paycheck stub.
