Pantry Details, hours, photos, information: Let's Help

Let's Help has been serving those in need since 1969. We are committed to inspiring hope, promoting self-sufficiency, and breaking the cycle of poverty one person at a time.We provide adult basic education and GED classes to students ages 16 and above. While attending classes at Let's Help students are also able to attain a WorkReady certificate.

In 2014 we provided educational opportunities to 250 students. Through the Older Kansans Employment Program we help educate clients 55 and older on resume writing, job search, computer skills, and on how to prepare for interviews.

We provide a clothing bank free to the community, as well as professional attire for our Career Closet.

We serve daily hot lunches through our community outreach meal program, providing on average 350 meals per day. Area residents who are processed through Let's Help qualify for a 3 to 5 day allotment of free food for themselves and their families.

Last year with the help of community volunteers working 14,392 hours, we served 84,697 meals to those in need totaling 296,439 pounds of food. In addition, we hand out over 100,000 pounds of food through our food pantry every year, serving nearly 7,000 individuals.

Through our comprehensive services department, we provide financial assistance with rent, utilities, medical needs, and prescriptions when our clients are facing eviction or disconnection of services.
