Do you know if I can get food delivered to me?

At this time, LCCI is unable to provide delivery. However, it is possible to contact an area Limestone County Church to see if there may be a church member who may volunteer to help with an LCCI delivery to your home.

Do I need to make an appointment?

No appointments are necessary. All food assistance and general financial assistance is provided on a first come, first serve basis. Business hours are Monday - Friday from 9am-11am.

What type of documentation do I need to apply for food?

Proof of Limestone County residence (Alabama driver's license, voters identification card, copy of Athens Utility Bill, copy of Limestone County Water & Sewer bill); proof of some sort of income (social security, social security disability, food stamp award letter, child support payment, a pay stub, signed letter from employer); all the names and birthdates of those living in your household. Eligible clients may receive food up to six times per year.
