      I wish that the ladies at the front desk were kind and smiled. I also wish they acted like they cared. I also wish they offered resources instead of making me feel like I'm a burden for asking a simple question. For instance I once asked where the foodbank was and what hours and they made it sound like it wasnt available to me. They looked at me with disgust like I must not need the help. It's a real shame because health issues and mental illness in particular is life altering but invisible to most. Please be welcoming and please dont discriminate. People are coming to you are a last resort in desperation; show compassion or find a job where you dont work with the public.
