Who Qualifies? We serve residents within the Newberg School District area who meet USDA income eligibility guidelines and have a need for emergency food, with the exception of Dundee residents (Dundee's food pantry is Promise Pantry, 503-554-9070). People who are currently transient or without a permanent address, and otherwise qualify, are not required to show evidence of residency. Bad Weather? If the weather is severe enough for the Newberg schools to close for the day, FISH will not be open. If school opening is simply delayed, FISH will be open that day.
