    They need to work on their ethic. I asked them if I could apply for a food box. I filled out the paperwork and handed it to him. He saw that I was homeless and asked how would I prepare our meals if we're homeless. I told him my husband and I were staying at a motel awaiting housing to come through. He the asked me who pays for it. He asked if we were on welfare I said we get foodstamps and he said because he doesn't like to work with people on welfare, because we already get enough help. I just stand there in awe holding tears back so I just told him to have a nice day and I turned to walk away, humiliated in front of all of his volunteers.

    The middle school has been holding a food drive and would like to drop collected items off. How is this arranged?

    i want to thank you,when my grandchildren came to live with us we had a very hard time, thanks to your donations they have gotten the nutrition they need, dont know what we would have done with out you, god bless all of you who donate your time and those who contribute with food! thank you! Provides a food pantry to Dixmont, Etna, Newport, Palmyra and Plymouth area. Frozen meats, bakery items, some fruit and produce. When available, personal care items. Limited to 2 visits per month.

8:00am - 10:00am
