      Hello, I got your contact information through a Google search. I live in White Plains. I grow organic vegetables in my backyard and I have a tremendous overabundance of wild arugula and hierba mora. If you can use either of these vegetables for a soup kitchen and if you can come here to get it.

    Pantry Details, hours, photos, information: Caritas of Port Chester

    Six days a week, from Monday through Saturday, Caritas of Port Chester offers its clientele coffee and danish, muffins or bagels beginning at 7:30 am on weekdays and 7:00 am on Saturdays. At 9:00 am we add a hot serving of soup, eggs, or a hot sandwich, depending on what we had prepared the day before.By 9:00 am on weekdays, our volunteer sous chefs have arrived and assist our cook preparing the salads, desserts, fruit and vegetables for lunch.

    Lunch is always a balanced meal of meat or fish, vegetables, starch, soup and salad, with fruit and dessert choices available. Some of our clients have dietary issues, and we do our best to accommodate with choices when they let us know about them.

    Tuesday
    9:00am - 10:30am
    Saturdays
    8:00am - 9:30am

    On these days, registered family members get to choose from stocked shelves of canned, dry and boxed items, as well as from tables of fresh produce and bread when available.
