      I do not know what kind of operation this place is running. I have attempted to go here 3 times now, I showed up at 4am, I was the first person in line, me and my little baby grandson in the freezing cold, they turned me away because they weren't taking any new people. The people they did serve had so much food in there buggies it took 2 people to push it across that parking lot. Their web site boasts that they accept anybody with a ID, its a straight up lie.

      Well I went to this place for the first time just to see for myself what people had been saying was true. I got there at 5 am and the people was coming out with baskets of so much that they had to carry some to the car and come back to get more, there was a lady there she said that the food stamp office told her to come there because her food stamp had ended but they turned her down and she came from little Rock, now I understand if they was out I understand that but I have drove by this place on my way to work and have seen some of the same people's there every Tuesday and Thursdays so why the same people every week, all that food they get everywhere could shared with the new people that they turn away every week. I never hear of a pantry turning people away when they are giving the same people every Tuesday and Thursday.

      In need of food. They turned me away because I haven't been there within last 6 months. I am in a bad situation now and I take care of my disabled/mental retarded brother and our mother passed away a couple of months ago and can't get any help with food. I road up there with a friend and she used all the gas we had to drive to get food. It’s just Pitiful to turn needy/hungry people down at a christian food pantry.

      Wow some of these reviews are just sad. It’s just Pitiful to turn people down at a pantry. I stopped going years ago because the food is terrible and old,and rotten.

      In real need of food. They turned us away because we haven't been there within last 6 months. WTH! Talking about they wasn't taking any new people! It really should be first come basic! This place is a joke

      Attention I don't recommend of going there they have 300 something signed up they will turn down new people for food and if you don't take all of the food not allowed to take any places like this needs to be shut down half of the food they give you is rotten has brown color tint to the greens they give you and they told a guy that was walking with a stroller that he can't any food because he couldn't carry all of it that is very sad and heart breaking to turn down someone who walking to feed their family

      I want to give a shout out to the Fishnet foodbank in Jacksonville. Thank you so much for being there for our people in the community in there time of need.I personally have been put in the position and have had to gracefully accept your donations of food. This has been a huge help since the cost of food is so expensive! I want to THANK YOU from the bottom of my ♡ for being there for me & so many others! God bless you♡

      I arrived at Fishnet at 10:00 A.M. And they told me and my family we had to leave because they had already locked the doors. The sign say that they are open until 10:00 and it was exactly that time and we were turned away. We used all the gas we had to drive to get food for my children. We don't get government assistance of any kind so we just have to go without. I was told by many people including another food bank worker. That they don't close until 10:30. I hope they fix the mistake soon.
