    No, just show up Mon-Fri 9:30 AM-5 PM anytime.1st timers will need to bring 2 forms of ID to register & then you will get a scanable card with your picture on it.They are very lax as for what they will use for ID. Anything with your address on it and something else with a picture - doesn't matter if it's expired or where you live. They serve everyone. One rule: one visit per household per day..

    Can I do my community service hours at this location?

    Yes, but only if the offense was for something non-violent.

    Do you help with rent and electric as well?

    They do not do that themselves but they can direct you to others where you might be able to find help. Sometimes they will have other organizations from the area that will come there to set up and help people. They also have different days that Parkland and other clinics come there to help with medical needs for both kids and adults.

    What type of documentation do I need to apply for food?

    2 forms of ID: something with your picture and something with your name and address (doesn't matter if it's expired or not) just not a hand-written note with the address

      I've called but no answer, I currently lost my ID but I took pictures with it on my phone, I have my government ID and voters card ID, I also have various things with my name on it, will that be fine?
