      I was just wondering if it was possible to set up an appointment to meet with somebody to fill out an application in for the food bank card. I was looking online it says I need to fill in the application for a food bank card; what I need to do?

    Hours:
    Wednesday and Friday
    10:00 am - 1:00 pm

    Requirements:

    • Picture Identification
    • Current proof-of-address
    • For each adult: Current mail, lease, or bill not older than 30 days
    • For each school-aged child: Current piece of mail or proof of enrollment in KSD.
    • For younger children: Birth Certificate
      TO RECEIVE FULL SERVICE EACH HOUSEHOLD MUST HAVE A CURRENT FOOD BANK CARD

    After receiving a food bank card bring these items at EACH visit:
    • Picture Identification
    • Current Food Bank Card
    Two visits per household, per month

    Donations:
    Tuesday- Friday
    10:00 am - 1:00 pm
